IBOC Leadership Team
At IBOC Church, the Leadership Team is the heartbeat of our ministry! There are 500+ blessed volunteers who enthusiastically train the first Wednesday of the month in preparation to serve the congregation with the love of Christ and a spirit of excellence. Under the guidance of the Word of God and Pastor Rush, this team models the importance of adding souls to God’s Kingdom as stated by our biblical mission found in Matthew 4:19.
